Inspired by the Alice in Wonderland theme of the hotel, every Sunday, Brunch at Bluespoon is a true feast in Wonderland that the Mad Hatter would be proud of. Joining the ranks of the few Bottomless Brunch hotspots in the city, Bluespoon promises you a colourful culinary journey accompanied by free-flowing cava of course! After all, don’t let Monday ruin your Sunday.

After indulging in your first glass of bubbles, graze the starter buffet, boasting a selection of hot & cold European favourites from warm smoked salmon, to quiche Lorraine, bresaola, rocket & parmesan salad, a mixed hummus station and marinated chia pots. A surprising addition from the Greek Bluespoon Mad Hatters in the kitchen is the spinach & feta filo dough that certainly won’t last for long!

Next up, take your pick from four of Bluespoon’s signature main courses. Whether that’s the creamy truffle Gnocchi, vibrant Beetroot with avocado & coffee, the seasonal Flat Iron, or Yellowtail with broccoli and passion fruit*. Yes, this means you can enjoy Bluespoon’s favourite main courses during a leisurely Sunday afternoon too!

As the bubbles continue to flow, it’s time to move on to the sweet side of life. And as if by magic, to the table comes a colourful platter of picture-perfect pastries from Pastry Chef Juan and his talented team, and an artisanal cheese board for the table to share. Tuck in!
