At Bluespoon Restaurant & Bar we have been busy to ensure you feel safe and comfortable when drinking and dining with us. From adjusting the restaurant layout to meet social distancing requirements, to pin only payments, QR code menus, staff sanitization training and guest sanitizing stations, we are ready when you are. Reduced capacities mean that we can unfortunately welcome fewer of you, however, for the ‘lucky’ ones, you can guarantee wonderful new memories and the best service. And, for the rest, there is always tomorrow!

The Guest Journey

Bluespoon Restaurant & Bar has developed a five-step process to keep our staff and guests safe and healthy.


Step one

Upon arrival, a Hostess, ensuring 1.5 meter distance, will welcome the guests. A verification interview will take place to assess whether the guest has any health risks. In the event the interview is negative, access will be refused.

Step two

Before entering the Restaurant, guest mush wash their hands and/or use disinfected hand gel. When done, guest will be directed to their table.

Step three

Waiter explains Costa del Canal concept and single use menus are placed on the table. Each guest will have the possibility to review the menu digitally by scanning the QR code on the menu.

Step four

Food and Beverages are ordered, 1.5 meter distance between guest and waiter will be ensured. Consumptions ordered will be placed on the tray that is on a stand near each table. Guest are to take their items off the tray.

Step five

When finished, we kindly ask you to place items such as empty glasses, plates and cutlery on the tray. Waiter will pick up the tray and a disinfected pay terminal will be provided.
